MEET OUR PASTORS

Pastor Leonardo Rahming is a native of the Bahamas and a fourth-generation Seventh-day Adventist.  He is the fourth child of Audley and Marjorie Rahming. Celebrating his 20th year in the ministry, he currently serves as the Pastor of the Grant’s Town Seventh-day Adventist Church on the island of New Providence.  In addition to the previous portfolio, he serves as the Executive Secretary of The South Bahamas Conference of Seventh-day Adventist. A Product of Christian Education, he is a graduate of the following institutions: 


  • Bahamas Academy Elementary School, Nassau, The Bahamas
  • Northern Caribbean University, Mandeville Jamaica
  • Inter-American Division Theological Seminary

Pastor Rahming has had the privilege of serving as a student missionary on the island of Haiti and also as a ministerial intern in The Turks and Caicos Island Mission.  He has had the privilege of preaching the gospel in The Bahamas, Haiti, The Turks and Caicos Islands, Jamaica, Dominican Republic, Puerto Rico, Africa, England, and The United States of America. He is a sort after speaker for Evangelistic efforts, Week of Prayers, Revivals, and Sabbath services.  

Pastor Rahming speaks three different languages. (English, French & Creole). He is happily married to Mrs. Paulyn C. Rahming nee Johnson, a Primary School teacher, and together they have one beautiful daughter. His personal mission statement is- Co-operating with God in the work of salvation “To live a full, rich, well balanced, Christ-centered life of disinterested benevolence with eternity in view.”


Pastor Samuel Miller was born into the Seventh day Adventist faith. Dedicated and raised in Grant's Town, Pastor Samuel Miller has always been a quiet person, devoted to his relationship with God and committed to the study of His word. Known to most as Neville, he is married to the former Tanya Johnson and they are the parents of two  daughters, Prea and Velly.  A graduate of Northern Caribbean University, he holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Religion and Theology. With Isaiah 54 v. 17 (No weapon formed against me shall prosper) as his favorite Bible text, he has committed to preaching the unadulterated word of God with holy boldness.

After many years at the New Providence church, he returned to his roots when he joined the pastoral team at Grants Town in 2020 as Assistant Pastor.  He hit the ground running as chaplain and prayer coordinator for the 2021 Vacation Bible School and as the speaker for the Path to Life Evangelistic Series October 16 - 30, 2021.
